It’s taken 9 years, but I finally watched Jiro Dreams of Sushi tonight.
It’s been on my playlist since it came out in 2011, but it’s not always available to watch. I HIGHLY recommend catching it before Netflix removes it in a week.
Jiro is extraordinarily inspiring. There are so many tremendous, profound life lessons that can be gleaned beyond what it takes to be the world’s greatest sushi chef. And you’ll laugh, because no lively 85-year-old is without good humor.
