Photographer. Musician. Voracious Reader & Collector of all things Old. PASSIONATE ABOUT SPACE, DESIGN, AND THE SPACE WHERE DIGTIAL MEETS ANALOG. I’M OFTEN EXPLORING URBAN CITIES & PLACES ABROAD.
My blog is a virtual playlist of the things I have enjoyed collecting and the meaningful stories behind them. I love exploring the vast world around us–both across the globe and back in time. When I’m not hiking in our National Parks or enjoying a pint with locals overseas, I can often be found at record shops and antique stores around California.
I’m often asked about what new places I recommend eating at, what music I’m currently listening to or what books I’m diving into. At first glace of my bookshelves, It would seem like the word tsundoku applies to my book buying habits as I do have books on all of the previously topics. Although the books I buy do tend to pile up, I actually read each and every one of them.
I also kick ass at game night, because like my books, music, hot spots to explore,, art, and antiques, I like to collect knowledge and useless facts. Which only seems trivial until you need to know history and popular cultural references from each of those six colored categories during game night. I’ve also learned to never underestimate the power of peer pressure in competition–the blue category might just be the reason I majored in Geography.
